You will be living in a quad-style apartment, with your own bedroom and a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, powder room and storage closet for CAD $1070.00 per month, which includes utilities and Internet. Only 12-month leases are accepted - the lease term is May 3, 2026 - April 30, 2027.  This is one of the most convenient and exciting residences on campus for female identifying students. National Panhellenic Sorority Members have preference.
