LIVING IN THE PANHELLENIC HOUSE

Centrally located on campus, Panhellenic House, at 2770 Wesbrook Mall, is close to campus, public transportation and the recently built Thunderbird Olympic Winter Sports Centre. Groceries and other stores are available at the University Village. All of these amenities are within a five to ten minute walk from the house. It is located right across the street from various playing fields and a short distance from the centre of UBC campus. 

It is a home for young women with potential - a physical space that nourishes young women and challenges them to achieve excellence in all areas of their lives. The Four-Storey Building:
  • Accommodates 72 female-identifying students
  • Consists of 18 quad-style apartments
  • Each quad has four (4) private bedrooms, a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, powder room, and common storage closet.
  • Each bedroom is furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, 4-drawer dresser and a small closet.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. Dishes and cutlery are not included.
  • Photos/layouts are samples only — suites vary by location.

THE COST

  • Rent is CAD$1000 per month (effective May 3, 2025) including CAD$35 in value for utilities (heat and electricity), CAD$30 in value for Shaw high-speed Internet.
  • Lease term is 12-months; May to April.
  • Panhellenic Sorority Members have preference.
